By accessing or using Prepaid Calendar Method website (operated by Crane Media LLC) ("Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.
Prepaid Calendar Method, a product of Crane Media LLC, helps dental practices, home service businesses, and other local service providers turn their website into a steady source of new customers. Our paid offering is a single all-in-one monthly plan called Prepaid Calendar Method, which includes:
Most websites go live within 7 to 14 days of project kick-off. Specific scope, timelines, and any custom add-ons are confirmed in writing before work begins; that written scope controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Prepaid Calendar Method is offered on a simple monthly plan with no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Standard pricing is $197/month billed monthly, or $147/month when billed annually ($1,764/year, which includes 12 weeks free compared to monthly billing). Pricing in effect at sign-up applies for your billing term and may change for new customers or future renewals on notice.
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are billed in advance for the year. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and stop future charges. Fees already paid for the current billing period (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, hosting, automations, and integrations included in the plan are turned off, and the website is taken offline; you keep your domain, content, and brand.
We may build your initial website at no upfront cost as part of a promotional offer. There is no obligation to continue: if you don't want to move forward after seeing the build, you owe nothing. If you choose to launch and use the site, you start the monthly Prepaid Calendar Method plan described above, which covers hosting, the automations, integrations, and ongoing support that keep the site live and working. Free builds, free calls, and similar promotions are subject to qualification, availability, and our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
To deliver and operate the system, we rely on you to provide timely access to your domain, Google Business Profile, phone/SMS provider, brand assets, content input, and approvals. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information, imagery, or customer data you supply, and for holding the rights necessary for us to publish that material on your behalf. Delays in access, feedback, or approvals may extend timelines without changing fees.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Crane Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent. Final deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement are licensed to you for your business use upon full payment; we retain rights to underlying frameworks, templates, and know-how, and may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Information you submit through forms on this Site (including names, contact details, business information, and revenue estimates) will be used to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. We will not sell your information to third parties.
The Site and our services may rely on or link to third-party platforms (such as Calendly, Instagram, Facebook, and other scheduling, hosting, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The Site and any estimates, calculators, projections, or results examples (including follower counts and revenue estimates) are provided "as is" for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Outcomes vary based on market, audience, execution, and many other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crane Media LLC (operating Prepaid Calendar Method) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that engagement in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
